Hills NZ is looking for a highly organised and reliable Contract Administrator to help deliver and facilitate the closure of the Holiday Program.

About the Role
This role involves managing contracts, coordinating vendors, handling logistics, and making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll also help with budgeting, reporting, and health and safety compliance.

What We’re Looking For
Strong admin and organisation skills
Good with contracts, budgets, and scheduling
Great communicator
Experience with Microsoft Office
A team player who cares about people and community
Bonus: experience in event or program management
